Mario F.X. Salwan
President of Buckeye Painting and Decks, Inc. Mario has been in the contracting business his entire adult life. He started the company in 1989 and has continued to work with the company for over 15 years. He is in charge of sales for the company and overall operations. A Cleveland native and East Side resident, Mario is committed to contributing to his community through the quality work his company provides. Honesty and Quality are his goals at any Buckeye job site and all the employees know that is his goal. Mario works as the customer’s partner to complete their needed projects without the need for customer supervision – a true “Go To” guy!

Peter Mumma
Peter is in charge of all carpentry projects at Buckeye Painting and Decks, Inc. He has been working with Buckeye over 10 years and has helped institute the quality work expected at all Buckeye job sites. Peter has extensive experience in many assets of carpentry and his attention to detail is apparent in at any project he is a part of. Peter is extremely friendly and helpful and is a pleasure to have at your property to complete your needed projects.

Michael Cvelbar
Michael is in Operations Manager for the company in charge of overseeing all painting and POWER-WASHING projects at Buckeye Painting and Decks, Inc. He has been working for Buckeye for over 8 years and continues to play a key role in the success of our jobs. Michael also helps with the planning and sales of many jobs including painting and POWER-WASHING projects. Our customers appreciate his outgoing and professional personality and repeatedly say he is a pleasure to work with.

Keith Cvelbar
Keith is another excellent manager of our jobsites who specializes in running the POWER-WASHING crew of the company. Keith appreciates a job well done and insists on making sure all projects meet the stringent Buckeye Standards. He is respectful of people and their property and extremely courteous. He will make sure your project looks exceptional!

Martin Awad
Literally raised with a paint brush in his hand, Martin is the main painting foreman in the company and Mario's cousin. Over 14 years of painting experience at Buckeye Painting and Decks, Inc has trained him to first perform extensive preparation prior to applying even a drop of primer, caulk or paint. Martin has completed dozens of historical restoration projects and his end product is unmatched in the industry. Martin is an excellent partner for your painting project.

Connie Murzyn
“The Voice behind Buckeye Painting and Decks, Inc.” Connie is the friendly, outgoing person you may speak with when you call us for an estimate. She is the Office Manager of the company and is in charge of speaking with our customers along with all the bookkeeping tasks of running the business. You may even see her on your property bringing some needed materials or checking in with the crews. Connie understands the need for good customer service and will make sure our customers have proper communication throughout any project.
